Passenger jetty refers to an artificially created RCC structure used for landing passenger vessels and for disembarking of passengers. These days such structures are replaced by actual full scale Cruise Terminals - starting from first generation onwards - so that all kinds of passenger amenities are provided for different kinds of vessels carrying passengers.
